We provide comprehensive services in property management to the landlords who have decided to evaluate their investment by renting their properties in case of their long-term stays abroad, or due to other responsibilities that do not allow them to take care of their property.
Our company will professionally represent the landlord in all actions relating to the management and care of the property in order to maximize return on investment.
We will actively work on finding potential tenants and we will be present on viewing of the property.
We represent the landlord in the case of any defects or needed repairs on the property and in all cases where otherwise would be the landlord´s presence necessary. We discuss all the administrative, economic and operational agenda and securely archive all documents.
Administrative agenda
- Promotion of vacant properties through our real estate agents and managing viewings of the properties
- Preparation and signing rental agreement under a valid power of attorney
- Active communication with tenants
- Archiving documentation relating to the property
- Property insurance through our contractual partners
- Communication with the management company
- Sending reports of performed activities
Economic agenda
- Check payment discipline based on the rental agreement
- Evidence of maintenance expenses, utilities and related services
- Preparation of documents for tax returns
Operational agenda
- Handover property to the tenant and takeover the property after the lease term based on the handover protocol
- Regular inspection of property during the rental period
- Arranging repairs and reconstructions after agreement with the landlord
- Arranging acute repairs
- Arranging cleaning service after the lease term, removing any defects
